Laurent Matras and Fabien Cagani – the two men behind Delo Lindo – pursue several activities, namely design, scenography and education.
They first met at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) while studying interior architecture, where they began collaborating on studio projects and for competitions. At the end of their studies, they formed Delo Lindo, the unique signature for all their projects. Depending on the periods and their opportunities, the pair turn their attention to interior architecture, furniture and object design and scenography, working with such diverse entities as the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, the National Orchestra of Île-de-France and the Expofil trade show. Within the realm of design, their clients include Ligne Roset, Merigous and Grosfillex in France and Nomade in Italy, while also presenting their design projects in art galleries at home in France as well as abroad.
For the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres, in 1993 they designed a pedestal table prototype.
